Outcome Chains
Outcome Chains focus on delivering the critical end products that protected markets demand, such as advanced magnets, semiconductors, and defense systems. By working backward from the finished product, every link in the supply chain, from raw materials to final production, is aligned with a clear, strategic purpose. This approach ensures that each step directly contributes to achieving specific, high-value outcomes that support national security and technological leadership.

Solution Chains
Solution Chains are dynamic, adaptable systems designed to anticipate and mitigate supply chain disruptions, ensuring continuity even under challenging geopolitical conditions. These chains are constructed from one or more Outcome Chains and provide a strategic framework for identifying vulnerabilities before they escalate. By strengthening the most critical links, Solution Chains enable long-term resilience, maintaining operational efficiency and safeguarding essential supply pathways.
